Come as you already are
Some of what you bring will be about kink. Much of it won't be. Either way, you won't be starting from the beginning.
What's going on, what you want to be different, and how we'd work together. We'll both know by the end whether it's a fit.

What we can work on together

What draws you to it, what headspace feels like when you're in it, and what it might mean for how you want to live. No pressure to land anywhere specific.

Shame, fear, and stigma
The voices that tell you this part of you is wrong — where they came from, and how to give them less authority over your choices.

Pack, chosen family, belonging
How to find your people, how to build pack, and how to recognise the relationships you've been looking for when they're actually in front of you.

Coming out about kink
Partners, family, close friends. Who you tell, how, and what you want those relationships to look like afterward.

Everything else
Work, grief, anxiety, the ordinary weight of a life. None of it has to be pup-related to belong in the hour.
What you can expect
You won't spend the first session explaining which parts of it matter to you and which don't.
Most of what you'll bring here isn't about kink at all. It's relationships, boundaries, family, work. Kink is usually just the part you've had to explain, or leave out, everywhere else.
Some things don't respond to understanding them better. You already know where it came from, and a certain tone of voice still puts you right back there. That's a memory the brain never finished filing, and it needs a different kind of work than talking.EMDR is the one I use for it — a structured approach that doesn't ask you to narrate the worst of it out loud. I trained through an EMDRIA-approved program.
I work with a small number of clients, so there's room in my week to think about yours between sessions, and real access when a week goes sideways.
Talks and trainings
I speak about the psychology of pup play, kink-affirming mental health care, and queer joy — for conferences, community events, universities, and clinical trainings.
Sessions and rates
Sessions are 55 minutes, weekly, over secure video, at $395. I'm happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Start with a conversation
The first fifteen minutes are free and low-stakes — a conversation, not a commitment.
