Rates & Policies

Sessions are 55 minutes, held weekly over secure video, for New York residents. The rate is $395 per session.

I work with a small number of clients. That's what makes the rest of it possible: room in my week to think about your work between sessions, and real access when a week goes sideways.

I don't accept insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% once your deductible is met, though your insurer sets those rates, so I can't promise a specific figure back.

Cancellation policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are billed at 50% of the session rate; no-shows are billed in full.
